Welcome to Connect to Play. By downloading, installing, accessing or using our mobile applications on iOS or Android platforms, or by accessing our web application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"):

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.

5. License Terms

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the application on a device that you own or control and to run such copy of the application solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Remove proprietary notices from the Service
Use the Service in a way that infringes or violates the rights of any third party
Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, rent or otherwise distribute the Service to any third party

6. Platform-Specific Terms

6.1 Apple iOS App Store

If you download our application from the Apple App Store, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the application. In the event of any failure of the iOS application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the application to you (if applicable).

6.2 Google Play Store

If you download our application from the Google Play Store, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Developer Distribution Agreement.

6.3 Web Application

When using our web application, you are also subject to any applicable terms and conditions or policies that apply to the website, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Connect to Play be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account within the application.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
